We are seeking an energetic and motivated, Revit Manager to join our expanding award-winning team. This position is available in either of our two offices.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the firm-wide Revit libraries with appropriate graphic and written assets from current building codes, energy codes, and requirements of regulatory agencies.
Contribute to the development of Revit standards firm wide and investigating and implementing tools and plug-ins to meet project needs, including Revit families, templates, legends and annotation.
Participate in project kick-off meetings to identify tasks and issues relating to project teams and collaboration; identify and resolve project specific issues in setting up the Revit model. Participates in occasional team meetings to help resolve project issues such as coordination, and technical concerns.
Provide model quality control maintenance and model review across all disciplines involved in the project.
Assists in the development of architectural and engineering floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Coordinates Revit training for the various disciplines firm wide including maintaining standards handbook.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree with a focus on Computer Aided Design or other similar program
5-10 plus years of experience coordinating and managing the production of plans, construction drawings and details using Revit.
Experience with Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines is preferred.
Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel
U.S. Citizenship
Job Type: Full-Time, hybrid work schedule, 3 days in Office, 2 Days Remote
